Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their advisory sessions or services by providing written notice at least [2 weeks] prior to the scheduled session or service date.
  • Cancellations made less than [3 days] before the session will be subject to a cancellation fee of [30%].
  • For subscriptions or ongoing services, clients must give [30 days] notice to cancel the upcoming billing cycle.

 

  1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made within the required notice period, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the required notice period.
  • For prepaid packages or subscriptions, refunds will be prorated based on the services rendered up to the cancellation date.
  • In the event of dissatisfaction with services, clients must provide written feedback within [3 days] of the session. We may offer a replacement session or partial refund after reviewing the situation.

 

  1. Force Majeure

  • In cases where advisory sessions or services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we will reschedule the session or issue a credit for future services.

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance.
